Item: A Roman dress, A'Diell is generally depicted wearing a Roman paenula. It shelters him from being burned in the late afternoon sun, and it manages to give him a very regal and war-like look. Civilians tend to stay away from him as he's known to be fiery under that paenula.
Sunny story: It had been a rather sunny day, rain was very rare here. But it was happening, the clouds would drift over, never covering the beautiful sun. It was gorgeous, the rainbow mist falling to the ground to wet the white marble stones all around the plaza. A'Diell had been out, getting vegetables and meats for his mother's family dinner tonight. His brother was supposed to be there. Oh, A'Diell had forgotten, a lovely general was supposed to wine and dine with them, bring her own supplies for the dinner. Interesting. The meeting of A'Diell and Rowani was supposed to be an arranged marriage of sorts. A'Diell's political marriage had fallen through the cracks, his wife dying and all. They had never had children, but that had been years ago. Today, was the day that Diell would meet his possible future bride to be.
Extra: "Rowani, it's a pleasure to meet you.", A'Diell pulled the stool out from the island in their kitchen, offering her a seat with a flourish of his hand. "I'm not so sure yet. This isn't a guaranteed marriage, and you better remember that.", Rowani gave A'Diell a cold look, she was definitely not ready to just give him her trust. That wasn't how she rolled yesterday, that's not how she was going to roll today. "Well miss. Glad a spitfire like you is who my family roped in. I woman without a backbone, is barely a woman at all.", Rowani's expression got harder, but no longer with anger or frustration. "They didn't tell you? I was the one that found you, your parents didn't find me.", her eyebrow's quirked, yellow eyes boring into A'Diell. The man took a pause before he made his way to his own seat. "I didn't know. Why?", his own eyebrows raised as they continued to chat back and forth while dinner was being cooked outside in the stone oven.
