They have a BSA of Teleport which allows you to make either a one-way transfer(you give the egg to someone for free) or a two-way transfer(you trade)

ok so I have a magi dragon egg do I have to wait for it to grow to transfer? also how many dragons can you transfer at once??

Yep! Once it's grown you can use its breed-specific action and use teleport (gift or trade). You can only transfer one dragon per transfer, so it's a good idea to have a couple of magis in your scroll!
