Also guys - I have a mature hatchling that is at 3 days and ~12 hours and it's just not growing up? It has over 6k overall views, ~900 unique views and 10 clicks. I stunned it a couple of days ago so I can understand why only the clicks are increasing but I'm a tad worried as to why it's not growing??

I'd say just give it some time. That's happened to me before, where the dragons gets enough views, but they've still grown with even less time than that. I'm pretty sure that if they got a late start to receiving the proper amount views then they'll also grow up late.
