ATTENTION: I've been thinking about hiring someone to help me look after the thread, so I'm opening up mod applications.

As we all know, the thread owner is quite busy lately, and that's fine. But keeping this thread running on my own has become a pretty big task, especially since I now lack a computer. So I've decided it's time to hire someone else on to help me. Now, there are some requirements for the position.

Requirements:
1. You must be able to devote at least one hour a day to the thread, whether it's helping me with the Members List, or making sure people follow the rules.
2. You must be well-organized. I don't want someone that loses track of things easily, or that mixes things up.
3. You MUST follow all of the rules. Along with this, I would prefer to have someone who has never broken a rule. If you can't or won't follow the rules, you wouldn't be a good mod.
4. Not a must, but someone who is familiar with item rarity would be helpful.
5. You must keep a level head if/when an argument breaks out. You are a mediator, which means you have to help both sides of the argument come to an agreement. If you pick sides, or escalate the problem further, then you're just making things worse.
