Yay we got the rarities! I'm actually pretty surprised the orca foxes whole litter is rare. I thought people were hoarding them. I knew the pps cubs would be uncommon, mildly surprised the adult lions are rare.

I'd have to guess its because people just wanted more of the princess and not really the parents

No, that's not the only reason. The parents cost tokens that cost a limited array of tokens. They're just more expensive /rarer in the long run anyway. You could buy the princess with anything including pearls, kelp, shells, driftwood...
Basically anyone could've afforded it.

As for the rarities
None came off as a surprise to me at all except these

I thought the whole litter would be uncommon.

I'm kinda sad that the Boat BWs didn't turn out rare; they would've been my first rare hoard. ; v;

(Nevertheless I still love all my Boat BW babies. <3)

I love how all the merkitties are rare; I got doubles of each for my welcoming committee group so now I have a pack of rare merkitties on my front group. c: And tbh they were my favorite event outcomes! They're so serious yet elegant. More love for these merkitties, please. <3

I traded a person FOREVER ago for my 2 missing pets in the event (At this point it was like...maybe the last two days of the event.) I log on today and get accepted my trade, 2 rates for 2 commons. Thanks a lot.

Anyways, I loved the event and am pretty happy with the rarities! I was surprised that the cat water adopt things were common 😜

hm, not many rares this event
which is kinda good, because then trading for pets from this event in the future (despite having them all) will be easier
now im ready for halloween!!
