1. yes, all token trade-in pets will be available until the end of the event.

2. it varies, typically you can egg-hunt for around week or two and then there will be a few days left to trade-in any extra tokens you may have.

There is a limit on how many banners you can click, yes.
Last year it started out at 200, then got raised to 250 and eventually to 300, but we don't know yet what the current limit this year is.
Once you have hit the limit, you'll see a note at the bottom of your page telling you so, so you don't end up searching for nothing.

They are found by clicking the banners, just like the egg tokens.^^ They are much more uncommon, though, so it may take a while until you find one.

You can see an example of what the banner looks like on the easter event page:

As the graphic says, the banner is always at the very bottom of a page, so all you have to do to find one is to scroll down aaaall the way and see if it's there. If not, just load a new page.

It can take a while to find the banner if you click different pages or just browse the forums, so a much faster way is to pick one very short page (less scrolling required) and load it again and again until you see a banner.
For example, the archives page or the "find a trade partner" page, or people's profiles.
Personally I always zoom out by 50% and keep clicking the archive page. This way I don't have to move the mouse or scroll one bit, which usually lets me find a banner in less than a minute.

All token eggs are valued the same - it's random which ones you get, so of course, sometimes you may just get unlucky and get a lot of one, or none of another for a while.
