Green frosting with pink "CS" on it. Yellow banner that says "HAPPY B-DAY" with squiddy on it. Chickensmoothie mascot wolf with red goggles standing in front of banner. Vanilla cake with "fluffy white" frosting mixed with green food coloring. Fondant used for Squiddy, Wolf, and banner.
