Partial Topaz described their cake:

This cake is a two-tier vanilla cake. As you can see in the pictures, the top layer is a lot smaller then the bottom layer and is painted with icing resembling the BEG. The bottom layer consists of various designs & models including Pink & Blue Balloons from the balloon dogs, a Biohazard symbol from the Toxic litter, a Crescent Moon, swirls, and a purple dog, four boxes resembling presents, and more swirls. The purple dog, boxes, and the other swirls are made from Sugar Dough that was made from a Gum Paste mix.
