the idea was a birthday picnic now that its getting warmer, the pets of CS walking up a staircase/hill to get to the blanket(made of idividually cut and dyed marzipan squares)on the blanket are icing plates handpainted.the chocolate tree also celebrates the third birthday.Its a vanilla cake with white chocolate frostinng(dyed green) and textured to look like grass.chocolate raisins are the path liners. the animals are made of icing and painted with food coloring.the grapes are marzipan.it was going to be bigger with more pets but all of my cakes fell apart ! !.i have to say tho the marzipan grapes are my favorite part of this lol.
