Okay, so here's an eye tutorial, as requested!
The main part of the tutorial is for blue eyes, but I included an amber, green, and purple color palettes for you guys of you're stumped on what colors to use. I encourage you to make up your own once you get the hang of it!
Also, sometimes I like to add a small rim of white around the iris to bring in a little extra realism. I'll be sure to add a layer or two for help there, too when I can. The trick is to keep the white very slim and hardly noticeable, mixing in a little grey to shadow it and make it look real.
Umm well there aren't really any rules besides 'have fun', because I'm not sure how it could be misused... :\
