Torito - My uncle was taking care of a beautiful pit bull. I forgot what the pit bull's name was, but I remember that she was a girl. My uncle owned a black pit bull. Blackie. He still lives in my uncles new house. But then the female pit bull had puppies with Blackie. I think there were like 6 puppies. Torito and his brother, Junior, were the puppies I knew by their names. Junior ended up with the next-door neighbors. Torito became mine. I would take him out for walks, help feed him, and try to train him. At 6 1/2 or 7 months old, my mom and I went to go vaccinate Torito. Sadly, he got a rare disease where the healing didn't hit him, but the germs did. Torito became gravely ill. He had to be put to sleep. Now he's in a better place.

Rusty - Now Rusty's story is better. I got Rusty for my 8th birthday. My mom, my grandma Kay and I went to PetSmart and chose out a Roboviski Dwarf hamster. I named him Rusty from his rust-colored coat. It stuck to him like glue. I would play with him, even though he bit me about 6 to 8 times, drawing blood 2 or 3 times. He lived to the ripe old hamster age of 2 years old. Then, one day, he wasn't moving. I poked at him, but he did nothing. Not a twich. I knew he had died. I buried him in my grandma's backyard. Sadly, a cat seemed to have dug him up and took him someplace else. But he is now in a truely better place.
