Why did I make it?

well, I have quite an obbsession of these. I have many from different places, such as Czechoslovakia and Cypress, and loads from my own country (england). So I decided to make this editable, no ref used.
Here are some examples of the internet.

It has lock alpha colouring, and two add on's. THe shading is terrible, so feel free to do your own.
