Hey, kumiho, glowpear and nemetic. tapeio3 made this dragon for u to customize and color in. follow these steps:
First, open oekaki image by clicking on it. you should then see an icon that says "color me in." click on that. then this pic should open for u. If you look at the layers, some say "do not delete" and stuff. this means do not empty the shaded circle @ it's side. tapeio3 gave you some things to choose from, like horns, eyes, accessories and manes/scales. by shading in the circle to the side of a layer, you activate it, making it visible.
