Right, the layer below your colour should be your lines. Grab the colour layer and draw it down to the layer below. Click lock alpha and the above layer, and colour black on it, and your lines'll come back! There may be a few xtra bits of colour out, so lock alpha your colour layer and colout the scribbles white, or use an eraser. (That's what I use)
