I really shouldn't be drawing human anatomy at 6am when I'm extremely tired, lolwhatisanatomy.

WELP, I wanted to do a quick drawing of my lovely homos (seen in my avatar), Parsley and Darius. c:

Parsley is a 21 year old Red-eyed Elf (Note: all of my Elves either have red or blue eyes. The species is easily defined as "albino" with pale skin, pure white hair, and then the red or pale blue eyes. As far as magic goes, Red-eyed Elves possess combative talents, such as creating fire, while Blue-eyed ones hold medicinal skill, able to heal injuries.)
The noticeable notch in his right ear is from a fighting accident.
Many Elves reach heights over 6 foot, and Parsley is no exception at 6'7".

Darius is a 15 year old Avian. Though it is not common for his species, Darius has hair and wings that are as white as any Elf. He's nearly a foot shorter than Parsley, and has sapphire eyes.
Darius' wings are highly alike those of owls. (Like birds, my Avians (winged people, derp), have wings that are accustomed to their living conditions. Darius' ancestry links to Avians that lived within dense forests, so owl wings are ideal for that lifestyle.)

Gay relationships are looked down upon in my story as they have been known to be in real life. In addition, trans-species relationships (two different Humanoids being together) is also highly frowned upon.
But, despite the crap they can get from time to time, and their extreme differences-- or similarities, as far as gender goes, lol-- the two love each other completely.

Yes, there are definitely so many concepts that you can go for with Elves. :3
My favorite interpretations of Elves-- besides my biased own, since I love my bebies, lol-- would be the Elves in the book series the Age of Fire.
