I decided to make a bump thingymabob 8D I just had the urdge... its my first one too!
The person sitting on the bump is my naruto OC, Kaichou Uchiha ^_^ the bump is supposed to look like ice.... since she minipulates ice unlike her brothers who use fire ^3^
