I hope this helps! A few tips:

Make sure the legs have bones and muscles. You can look at anatomy tutorials for these.
The neck should be a bit shorter.
Ears should be a bit smaller and softly rounded.
Wolves have a lot of fur, don't be afraid to over-do it.
Head should be more defined.
Try drawing the wolf, then adding the fur. They're skinny underneath all that fur!
Looking at refs and practicing is the best thing to do.

Oh and on Layer 5 there are some tips and it is a bit easier to see, I put your name on the list so you go look at it.
