This is my first ever drawing, a bit of different texturing makes this Dalmatian have really realistic spots! Tell me if I've made a good start as a reply, using this code:

It's OK, could use a little more work but otherwise good.
It's not as good as it could be, needs LOADS more practise.
That's what you call a painting? If I were you I'd give up art forever.
