Well I am not all that good at drawing cats...
But I can tell you that the base of the tail starts too low. The tail comes directly off of the spine, as the bones are actually part of the spine.
And the head is a little big, if you are going for realistic. For more stylized, the head size is fine.

edit: OH! And the back of hte head seems... flat. Cat's head continue on past the ears, if that makes any sense XD

Thanks for the tips! I know the head is big, but everytime I try to draw it smaller it looks bad.
