I disagree with so-so on somethings.
Firstly, I believe if you think this is intermediate, then it should stay here.
Also, the color and size of the flesh in the eye is right, but it comes to it's own corner, like a little dip. The placement of the eye itself is just fine :) The color of the lashes is also fine, since they almost always are the same color of a person's eyebrows unless of course the person is wearing mascara. But the pattern of the eyelashes does curve. Personally, I find them very difficult to do, it's taken me a lot of practice to get even remotely close haha. One last thing I would add is that people usually have a dark ring around the iris, it adds good definition in my opinion.
Other than that, I really like the way you did the hair! It looks like you put a lot of time into it and deliberately did each strand.

I've discovered the center of criticism and hate!
It derives from a deep self loathing
and inability to live up to
an impossible set standard. A fear of failure.
Now if they could all love what they do,
and use imperfections
to drive forward to progression,
imagine what world we'd be living in.
It's quite phenomenal.
