Little Cat-thing!

Yay, a little cat thing! This cat-thing comes with whiskers and a birdy too, if you want! But there are rules, because there sadly has to be. So here they are:
Rules
1. Do not use off of CS.
2. If used off of colored in, give credit back to me.
3. Do not use in adoptable oekaki.
4. You may use for contests.
5. Sorry, I don't yet know how to use lock alpha.
6. You may edit the lineart a little.
7. If there's anything I didn't cover that you're wondering about, just ask.
And... Begin
