Well... Then its the one that are adopting the proud owner. Almost the same that pepole are posting a (free) custom form in the other treade (I dont know if I writed it right e.e) then someone color an icecream, after their choose.
Its hard to explain, but I hope you understand.
And yes. the blue dot means that its up for adoption ^_^
Oh! After someone have adopted it, I remove the blue dot, and writing at first post that its below to the person who adopted it.
