The ear needs to be bigger. Also, the muzzle is too large. Maybe bring the forelock down onto the horse's head a little? I love the markings!

ah. Then it's fine! Maybe get rid of the white lines where the fill tool didn't get?

well your welcome, yeah the muzzle is a tiny bit to big and that's pretty good and just get rid of the white lines :D I still say it looks cute C:
