Catch a Snowflake

....Yes I realize we're still in July....
^^ Don't know WHERE i got the idea for this... it just happened! One of my best pieces of "anime" work yet, I think. My first? XP. She wasn't that bad I suppose...
I wonder who it is? I guess it could be me, but we don't get snow here... guess I'm up in the mountains or something ;P.
Comments? Critique?
Pardon my ugly shading on the clothes XD Still haven't really mastered that.
