This is a character owned by Chasing Dreams. Her name is Penny and I think she is a Pinto. This is not quite finished yet but i thought i would release it now, anyway.

i loooove it! should be featured! There's not enough good equine art on CS, this is soo good! And the proportions look perfect!

Paints are the Paint Breed, Pinto is the coloring. Any breed that accepts the pinto coloring probably has pinto horses, like Gypsy Vanners are mostly pintos!
