Eye of the Tiger

Postby Kyles » Sun Jun 26, 2011 7:07 pm

Well I got bored and this was the result. I don't do Oekaki much so.. don't be too mean! I was just experimenting with eye and fur details. I think it's time I practiced :3 But anyways..comments and crits are very welcome:)

Mods, can you please move to Intermediate?? Thanks :)

This is really good. I like the eye detail and the way you drew the fur. May I suggest something?

For the eye, use dodge on the very edge of the pupil and burn on the very end of the iris. And for the fur, try to blend it just a bit.

No problem. I enjoy doing eyes as well, but I'm not as good at you are in realism. Keep drawing.

I like your art! I love doing realism, but i'm terrible at anything cartoonish. It kind of sucks haha. You keep drawing too!
