I just can't stop drawing Lugia pics! I can draw more, but I LOVE Lugia SO FREAKING MUCH! So, I named it "Rise Of The Great Guardian" because in the movie, Pokemon 2000, Lugia gets defeated by Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres. So, Lugia fell from the sky, and plunged into the waters below. Lugia sank down into the water. This girl, name Melody, played Lugia's song, and Lugia, got the strength to rise. So, thats why I named it that, and made Lugia glow blue, including the eyes. I DO NOT own Lugia, or the movie. I OWN THE ART ONLY!!
