It looks cute! ^^
But here's some constructive criticism to make it better.
1.) where the shoulder area is, you should slope the stomach/ribcage/barrel down more, so the viewer can see that it is proportionate.
2.) The hindquarters are a tad too big for an Arabian. Try a smaller body with a long neck, because arabians have one more vertebrae in their necks which make their necks snake like and long, compared to their petite looking body.
3.) Move the eyes down a bit.
And that's all the advice I can give you. It looks really cute, and you seem to have potential to make great horses. :3 Sorry if I went all ninja on you with the whole proportionate body thing, I'm horse crazy myself. I learned in my horsemanship lessons about the Arabian thing.
