His name is Outcast
Thrown from the tribe Outcast took up hunting humans not to eat just purely for sport. His mind became twisted and he continued to hunt humans until he met a young shapeshifter who travelled with a female Khoisan canine named Avaria. Together the two of them worked to wean him off the sport of human hunting and turn him toward game hunting, with the young shifters help Outcast becaem an excellent game hunter he found it easy to pick off sick or injured game and easily bring it down.
His tribal paint is a design only used for canines thrown from the tribe, before he was thrown from the tribe the shaman cursed him with slow healing that is why he carries three long bleeding scratches on his side
