About Merglepuffs:
More commonly known as Puffs, they are benign creatures resembling a sea cow and a dinosaur, though they are mammals, and they are born alive. However, they must be kept in captivity from a young age because mothers abandon their young as soon as possible to search for lollipop trees. Being raised and bred in captivity, they have grown to trust and befriend humans, and they are usually docile, friendly, playful, and very trusting. They are usually vivid in coloration, with a dull or dark Puff rarely spotted.
Puffs prefer to eat fruits or plants native to their home area, such as lollipop and eucalyptus (gum) trees. This diet strengthens the Puff and its immune system, preventing illness and infection. Their shared environment and food source gives them a strong and friendly relationship with the Kookaburra.
Like any organism, they need to eat in order to survive. You can feed them whatever you'd like, and anyone else can feed them as well! c:

How Do I Adopt One?
All Puffs have a blanket, and the color of that blanket determines/matches the personality or type. Here's a guide to the colors~
• Red = Very friendly and trusting, goes to the first person to fill out the form.
• Pink = Friendly and trusting; however, they most likely have something unusual about them, so they are less readily adopted out. Who it goes to varies and is usually random.
• Blue= Shy and/or distrusting. These must be handled with care and so go to the person to fill out the form best.
• Green = Dangerous or aggressive. These must be handled with caution and also go to the person to fill out the form best.
• Purple = Custom. Given only to the person who pre-ordered on this thread.

- If you've ordered a custom, please pay as soon as possible
- Don't ignore your Puff, it'll diiiiie D8
- One person can feed a Puff once a day
- Be patient when ordering customs, I'm the only artist here xP

- If you have any wishlist pets, those are preferred. If not, no biggie.
- I accept dogs, butterfly wolves, and cats (both linearts). Nothing else.
- No pets from after November 2010 (if you have a rare from after that, please PM me)
- No VC or common pets, or uncommon pets from after September 2010
