The Limit For Chillas is 4 per person, although If you decide to breed yours and you already have four then you will keep 1 but the rest will go up for adoption (Of course if you haven't exceded the limit you may choose to keep as many as you can without exceding the limit.)
Chillas are about teh size of largish housecats. They have mostly natural colouring, although some chillas will have some colourful markings (these are going to be quite rare

If the Chillas have a red dot in the top right hand corner, then they are first come, first serve. If teh chillas have a green dot then their owner will have to be picked out at random.
Yes, The Chillas will be breedable, but there aren't enough right now, and I haven't completed the lineart
I will do customs once i have gotten all efficient and I'm more comfortable with what I'm doing right now
