Rotting before the alter's black eyes

Just a picture I did. No reference was used, timer is accurate except for 10 minutes when I ate dinner.

Wow...I love it. For some reason, I imagine that this poor guy was a warhorse ridden by a general, and while in the heat of battle he was shot. But that's just my overactive imagination :P
