I have NO idea how Oekaki words, this is my first time trying o_o; xD
Also, if someone could tell me how to get rid of the white lines that I get when I fill up, then I'd love to hear it! xD
The white things in the background are supposed to be clouds, as if Deidara is flying ^-^;
And yes, I love the serie Naruto xD Akatsuki is awesome =3
Anyway, anyone able to help me out? xD Also, tell what you think of this =3

You could always cover over the liners with it's color. For example.

You take the pen tool, make it a nice and small size, and run over the white lines with the color of the..... ummm...... thing? But otherwise, that's what I do.

To make the lines work with the fill tool, you have to draw it and have the pen/pencil setting either "Round Pixelated" or "Square Pixelated". Hope it helped!

OMG! YAY DEIDARA! art is a bang;)I can help with getting rid of the white! get a couple of layers going and draw on the second or third cuz the the color goes under the black lines if you color on layer 1 and leaves no unwanted white! remember when coloring something to always color on the layer before the layer you drew on!
