HUGE WIP gotta go!

EDIT 1: Kay, colored/semishaded the dog and got the sidewalky-thing mostly done. So far, this is turning out like I hoped. Kind of. XD

EDIT 2: Put in a skyline and started lights.

EDIT 3: I'M BAAAAAAACK!!! 8D So I decided to start myself off again on the right note by finishing this from like, 2 years ago. I finished the lights, put in a moon, and started on some clouds (still listening to Mr. Brightside). I promise I'll finish it this time!
