Bipolarity

My own disability. Always hard to describe to people who only see the "depressed one day, manic the other" and not the in-between, all the care it takes to not go overly in one state or another, the meds, the therapy, all the trauma leading to our diag' (or causing our disability).
Not a fun one.
But mine, my beautiful fractured mind <3.
