Welcome, Friend!
A hum dances through the eveninf air, a whisper of a tune lost to this world. The sharp smell of smithery wafts from the open door and the light of a fire envelopes the wooden doorway. As you enter, a raven uses her talons to swing a hammer onto hot metal. Her eyes turn to the door, and she puts her work to the side. "Welcome, friend." she says gently. "To my humble metal working shop."

Ordering // just leave a link to the character ref + a description of their personality and I'll craft a crest based on their features and their overall personality. Include a backstory/moodboard too if you wish, but I dont require much past the ref and personality.
ordering non-character crests? Then let me know what you need it for and give me a moodboard.

Why Order a Crest?

I use them to represent my character in roleplays. For example, my character Usiel Seraphi has a family crest that is used to represent not only himself, but members of his family and herd. It's the one used as the example above!
I use it as extra artwork for codes like when posting his roleplay responses and it just adds a bit of character development and profile flavor to his overall design.
1. They can be used for Character Development
2. Profile Flavoring
3. Roleplay Codes
4. Universal Artwork (transfers from feral design to human design)
5. Can be used for Try-Out art
6. If you don't win your try-out, you can keep it for another character if you wish
7. Works well as a signature mark on journals, letters, and in-character documents
8. Can be featured on character-owned items such as banners, armor, jewelry, or equipment
9. Create a lasting visual legacy
10. A symbol uniquely theirs
and so much more!
You can also order one for your shops, like a writing shop, design shop, adopts, etc... it cab ne used as a watermark or an official "stamp" that is included on toyhouse profiles.
Why can't I just tell you exactly what I want in the Design?
I use this crest shop as an opportunity to expand on a character's design and themes. If your character has distinctive features, such as antlers, horns, or jewelry, I may incorporate those elements into the crest. If they don't have obvious visual motifs, I can draw inspiration from their name, surname, lore, or overall aesthetic instead.
My goal is to create a design that clearly references your character without being so specific that it only works for a single version of them. Whether your character is feral, human, anthro, or something else entirely, the crest should remain a lasting symbol that can grow alongside their story.
So what can I give you for references?
You can tell me what kind of metal you wish to have. For example, a light Gold like Usiel's or a dark gold like in the shop's oekaki example. You can also give rose gold, silver or other metals that I can try to replicate.
You can also give me a moodboard, for the overall vibe of your character. This may impact the final design if your character doesn't have any defining features or if it's not for a character at all.
You can give me a character reference. This has a huge impact on the final design, as it allows me to give the crest similar features that represent them.
You can give me backstory and Personality as well, especially if you do not have a character reference for me to go on. This helps be understand the character overall and gives me the "big picture" so to speak.
Finally, you can let me know how the crest will be used. If it's for a kingdom then it should represent some kind of royalty. If it's for a noble lineage, but not royalty, it should feel like a family symbol that multiple character can use This helps shape the crest just as much as any other reference mentions here.
