In the Water - Otter

Unlike on land, Evian the water otter does not appear drippy. Instead they kind of blend with the river water. Their shape just barely sticks out in underwater (either light outlines or dark outlines to define his shape)
Also, unlike normal creatures, Evian lacks a sternum
