Over his back his has an intricate tribal design that had been placed there as a tattoo. The same design spirals off his eye. Both designs are an indigo color(preferably bright indigo)

(Why the tattoos, he was a war horse used by a tribe. He was the chieftain's horse and escaped. If you can't do the tattoos I understand. They are rather intricate.)
