~Is there anyway to get a transparent background? I have zero clue how to use the oekaki so im not sure if thats an option xD

I'm so glad you like it! 
I don't think there's a way to make it transparent (I'm not very knowledgeable about oekaki either
) but you could click the 'color me in' button and edit the white layer to make to background what you wish
