Sweet Spinner

An absolutely incredible pony designed by FrxstB1t3!
This little dude's name is Sweet Spinner. He's a Wonderbolt and can fly fast enough to spin sugar into cotton candy (hence the name!). He loves making his sweet creations into sculptures. While he doesn't have a cutie mark yet, I'm imagining it as a cotton candy tornado.
