rest and recovery

my girlfriend has chronic fatigue, and every so often she'll have a day where she just can't make it out of bed without help. when this happens, I do my best to set her up with everything she might need within arm's reach, in case she feels up for doing anything besides sleep - but usually a quiet day of rest is what she really needs.
