I picture her as slightly older & more responsible than Cal, but equally hungry for adventure
They live in a seaside town with a forest not too far inland
They get along great & take turns being the leader and sidekick on various Adventuring Antics TM

random detail: Cal loves going fast (roller coasters, trains, etc), but is terrified of heights. Lochria, on the other hand, adores both speed AND heights and wants to go cliff diving, paragliding, parasailing, bungee jumping, ziplining, etc etc etc...
