they looked like a seahorse x dragon to me c: creature credit to stormbird!
I thought they’d make a cute character, I may make a couple of designs for sell/adoption since I really liked coloring these lines!

Seadragons
Seadragons reside in varied depths of the ocean, they have the ability to rest on land for a short amount of time. They can release fire from their mouths. When above water, their flames are vast and can reach to a max distance of 100 feet. While underwater, their flames take on a thin viscous consistency that is just as hot as an ordinary flame and shoots more as a projectile.
They are recognized by their slender snouts, long bodies and prominent eyelashes. They have curved irises and occasionally they may have pupils. Their ears can range from short to very long but are almost always pointy. Their tails separate into two tufts at the end which can vary in length as well. When swimming, they tuck their paws and legs in closely toward their body and swim in a similar manner to an eel. Their diets consist of mostly smaller fish but they enjoy the occasional fruit or bug as a treat.
