Pharo painting

Postby Stormbird » Tue Mar 11, 2025 12:50 pm

Been watching a few tutorials on painting lately, and by watching I actually mean skipping through

Something about focusing more on shapes rather than lines, and stuff. I've been taking this more serious than ever, so have been having a lot more fun playing around with different brushes ^^

This is GORGEOUS.... it looks like an actual watercolor painting, and Pharo is always so sweet to see <3

Thank youuu! :D

It's a bit rushed, but I am a bit happy with it. It's a great start anyways! ^^

He's so pretty as always <33 And it's a very pretty style, I really like how soft he looks <3

And I can relate to watching some tutorials and/or simply watching others draw stuff. A few years ago I realized how much I neglected to learn (aka didn't bother with learning) when I first realized I had an interest in drawing ... so I decided it was about time I tried learning something and actually trying some of the tools I never used in various digital painting programs (even here in the chibi painter I realize stuff every once in a while that I had no clue exited, lol). + I'm in the progress of trying to be kinder to myself because I've always been quite hard and demanding with everything I do no matter what I do ... Still not much progress on the later though, but at least I'm trying and that's a start.

So sorry that I've AFK since mid december.
Not feeling that great atm, started with the flue and then re-lapse of my brun out. Although, I will be back eventually when things are better. I always return, this is my comfort zone in this great world wide webb after all.
Be well, hugs to all, yours truly, vaz.
