I also wish they had a symmetry tool too!! it would help so many people out aaughh!!
I find the best option for symmetry on here is to draw half the face, layers > duplicate > effects > flip horizontal/vertical you might have to do a bit of tweaking here and there but ohh boy does it save a lot of time lol
