I just got a tablet yesterday, so I've been trying to work with it. And I have a question for you guys. Does this look like a chibi manatee? Because people always talk about 'chibi', and I don't really know what that is. But people usually use it when their picture has white shading. So I tried that out, and it made it look cuter. :) So is it a chibi manatee?
