because i want to do some fun low-stakes designs, so here we are!

as long as you are abiding by ⁕ꕤ MisuCats ꕤ⁕'s original rules, you are free to do what you'd like with the design once it's yours!
gacha rules:
-all designs are a flat rate of 10C$ or 6 wishlist pets.
*prices have been raised a tad. this rate change does not apply to any forms already posted
-you may order up to 2 dragons at a time
-palettes and lineart are chosen with a random palette generator/rng
the final product will look something like this!
introducing several ways to make your dragon a little less random.
these are all entirely optional. include these in the 'other' section of your form
-list one color you do NOT want (free)
-list one dragon lineart you do NOT want (free)
-pick which lineart you'd like (+4C$ or 2wl pets)
-provide ONE hex code color you would like on the design (+2C$ or 1wl pet per color)
-provide a color palette (+5C$ or 3wl pets)
