they all have inherit magic and some chicoons say thats why they're so evils ... the magic drove them mad
its rumored that they're caused because of the moon goddesses' punishment ... when she took magic away from the chicoons some devoted to her became supercharged ... but other rumors say that evil chicoons arent real =]
