xxxcustom/myo rules

‣ you may only make a myo/have a custom made for you if you own the proper myo ticket.
‣ customs/myos must be made to match the rarity of the myo ticket used.
‣ customs/myos must get approval by a voidwalker staff member.
‣ at this time customs/myos but be made on oekaki. this will change in the future.
‣ traits must be listed.
‣ using edit items requires the approval of the original artist.
‣ voidwalker customs/myos can't be created with custom lines for now. the exception is staff birthday myos.
‣ all voidwalkers must have a neck-mouth. multiple irises is not required, but must fit the trait list.
