“Everything I ever wanted is right in front of me,” Ace said, smiling softly. "Thank you for giving me what I was looking for, Lunar."

I painted this almost entirely with the watercolor brush. Ever since I found out how to activate pen pressure on it I have been obsessed. I wanted to draw Ace and Lunar, and this is what my brain came up with. The background was inspired by Jacob van Ruisdael's "View of Haarlem with Bleaching Grounds."

Ace is being honest, but it's about something else. I don't want to give too much context because it will spoil the plot of my book, haha. But yes, Ace and Lunar end up breaking up.
